I am an Italian graphic designer and illustrator, born in Latina in 1970. I started my artistic career as a wood pyrographer under the tutelage of Stefan Czar Badau. I exhibited my engravings in various cities, both in Italy and abroad, including Venice, where I held my first exhibition in Piazza San Marco, and Rome, where I exhibited in a solo exhibition entitled "Water and Stone", in the Church of the Artists in Piazza del Popolo, dedicated to the fountains of Rome. I subsequently exhibited in Florence, Siena, Messina and Berlin - at an exhibition dedicated to the fall of the Wall. One of my works, "Santa Lucia", remains on permanent display in the Church of Saints Jeremiah and Lucia in Venice. Along with my work as pyrographer, have always enjoyed sketching "en plein air" on paper with pencils, pen and colours. I have been lucky enough to travel a lot around Italy and Europe, and I have often had the opportunity to draw from life, with ink and watercolour, people, architecture and landscape. This passion was fuelled by joining the International Sketchcrawl movement in 2010 with a group of sketchers from Rome and Latina. In 2016, 2019 and 2022 I was selected to participate in the exhibition "Rendez Vous de Carne de Voyage' in Clermont-Ferrand, France, the most important travel book exhibition in the world. My drawings have been used at an institutional level on posters and official documents and published as the covers of various books, calendars and magazines. I have made works on permanent display in various Italian cities."
